I've tried to convert my raw files (ARW) from my Sony A7III with the Adobe DNG converter, for some reason it doesn't show that I have any files in the folder that I have selected to convert. I also tried to import my files in lightroom with "Copy as DNG" nothing has worked for me. Has anyone experienced this and how may I fix it?

The DNG converter works at folder level.

Point it to the folder of images you want to convert and it will find the files inside the folder, whether one image or hundreds, and convert them

Do you have a similar solution for when I import files from my camera using Bridge and request the the files be converted to DNG files, I receive an similar error message about unable to convert?

If you only want to convert a single image, it is possible to drag/drop the raw file onto the icon for the DNG converter. The converter will start and allow you to set the options for the single file to be converted. But if you start the converter you must choose a folder containing raw files. Otherwise you will be not applied that there are no files to convert.

AND!!! You need the newest (or almost newest) version of the DNG converter. Somewhere in the 12.x range.
