Adobe DNG SDK Terms of Use/Licensing

Question

The download page for the Adobe DNG SDK does not include any mention of the terms of use or licensing for the SDK itself. I see there is the DNG patent license, but that does not cover the SDK. Additionally, the SDK download no longer contains any mention of the license as it used to.

The SDK cannot be used if there are no licensing terms available, so where can I get the license for the latest Adobe DNG SDK 1.7.1?

I had the same question today. I tried to get help from Adobe support chat, but they could not provide any specific license information. They only referred me to https://opensource.adobe.com, though I could not find anything relevant there.
