After Photoshop Update - Camera Raw is not up to date.

Question

I just upgraded my mac to catalina. I have now lost Ps 2019 but Ps 2022  warns me that i need to udate raw. It is updated in cc but in ps it shows and loads as 13.4.0.872. Maybe this is why 2022 is so glitchy. Zoom is really jittery and nigh on impossible to use. I had previosly stuck with ps 2019 because it ran really well. ps 2021 was rubbish as well. Unfortunatly that option has dissapeared after the computer upgrade. 
Help me please.

I found the fix for laggy zoom. In tools section animated zoom was selected. I changed to zoom with scroll whell and it is back to normal.

I still cant find how to get the updated camera raw shown in cc to transfer to photoshop.
