After recent upgrade to PS CC2018 Camera Raw (10.3)will not open

I am running Bridge and PS Cc2018 under windows 10 home single user on a Dell Inspiron 8G 64-bit laptop.

Both programs work so long as I do not try to use raw files. Where the programs lock out on trying to open ACR 10.3

The solution I found was to use an earlier version of ACR. Iworks with 9.1.1

I would like to work with the 10.3 version.

Does any one have any ideas what can been done?

    Thanks for your help. I tried what you sugested but AcR still would not open. However, i found by chance that my video board was not supported by ACR and by disenabling it Camera Raw would work normally.

    Are you certain you have updated Photoshop to the latest version? If you are, then is it possible that there are multiple versions of Camera Raw installed? If so, try removing the Camera Raw 9.1.1.
