AI - file not understood, PS -file-format module cannot parse

I keep getting there errors when I try to open up certain photos in both Illustrator and Photoshop. These specific photos are png file type which are just screenshots that I took of the errors themselves. What is going on and how do I fix this?

If you want replies to this, you should post in the Photoshop / Illustrator forums. This is the Camera Raw forum, an application completely unrelated to your problem.
