Batch processing no longer working in version 22.5.5

I have been using an action to get batches images from Camera Raw to .jpg for quite a few years with no problems.

I am using an iMac, slightly older model, and have to use V. 22.5.5 as I am running Catalina 10.15.7 as the model iMac is now a veteran model according to Apple.  Since I can't use the latest ios and the batch action I use for this now comes up with the helpful 'install latest version', I CAN'T as the latest version of PSCC won't run on my computer.

Can some one give a hand to get this sorted?
