Camera Club

I posted earlier about Camera Raw and the problem in the new update not working. As Adobe seems impossible to contact now and the Chat link is not working I wonder if someone from Adobe can simply post a link to a download for Camera Raw 13.2 as a solution? I have tried using the update facility and the link in CC  desktop but no success.

Simple request-can I have it?
