camera raw 10.1.0.864 unsupported hardware

Just upgraded from version 9.8.0.692 to 10.1.0.864

and my gpu isn't working

My gpu is intel HD graphics 5500 with the latest drivers in it..

there is no gpu damage,

i've kept a copy of a standalone camera raw 9.8 installer where i reverted and the gpu is working fine

but with the latest version of camera raw, the gpu is not.

I'm on a laptop that has only this graphics card.

As you've mentioned that the GPU is not working fine with the latest update of ACR version 10.1.0.864, do you see any error message while opening a raw image in ACR? Could you please post a screenshot of the same?
