Camera Raw 13.4 unable to load lens profile

I shoot with a Nikon D850 and have had no problem opening files in Camera Raw until the latest update, but with 13.4, I'm getting an "unable to load lens profile" error when clicking on "use profile corrections." It's possible this might be the result of my MacBook Pro dying recently, and Apple replaced a lot of hardware, so I had to restore from a Time Machine backup. Is there an easy way to download camera and lens profiles?

Hi,

Try to install a clean version of Camera Raw to see if that fixes it.

Let us know if this works.

Thanks,

Hi,

Since you said you recovered from a TimeMachine backup it is possible you didn't pull over all the files needed, I would suggest redownloading a fresh copy of Photoshop via your Creative Cloud app and see if that solves the issue.

Thanks,

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, but that didn't fix the problem. In Library>Application Support>Adobe>Camera Raw>LensProfiles, there are still no profiles. Can they be downloaded somewhere and installed manually? Or am I looking in the wrong folder? Thanks in advance!
