Camera Raw

Camera Raw does not start completely and gives an error. The sliders are no longer displayed. The Photo (NEF) is shown. The latest version of camera raw has been installed.

Sorry that Camera Raw does not open and shows an error message. 

 

Could you please let us know the exact error message you're getting or provide a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? 

 

Does it help if you disable the use of GPU in Camera Raw? If you're using Camera Raw 11.3 or earlier, disable Use Graphics Processor in Camera Raw Preferences:

  • (macOS) In Photoshop, choose Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw. In Bridge, choose Adobe Bridge > Camera Raw Preferences 
  • (Windows) Choose Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw in Photoshop. In Bridge, choose Edit > Camera Raw Preferences.

I have disabled the GPU acceleration. Now it works. Thanks for the help.
