Camera RAW

Why does Camera RAW look like this?  I chatted with Adob yesterday for over 1 hour and this is what happened after they tweaked my computer.  When I upgraded to Camera RAW it would crash every time I would open thus the reason for me to contact Adobe and then agent did this.  I have an important job to get out and I don't know what to do.  HELP PLEASE.

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (PS Preformance). Any better?

The version of camera raw you are showing is not the current version. In your opinion, what SHOULD Camera Raw look like?
