Camera RAW 18 and beyond to support AMD Radeaon RX580 2048SP

Camera Raw 18 been crashing with RX580. as a work around I was requested to roll back to ver 17.

Surely this is a known issue.  Really hope there will be an update for Camera Raw 18 soon... really soon.
