Camera Raw 2021 not recognizing files from Canon D7

Hello,

I don't understand what it's going on, two days ago everything was working fine, and today I just uploaded several raw pictures from my Canon EOS 7D with Bridge 2021, and when I double-clicked on the file to open it in Camera Raw I got the following message:

"The Camera Raw settings could not be applied because there were no Camera Raw files selected or selected files were read-only".

I have tried everything possible: restarting Bridge, my computer (macOS Mojave), retaking the pictures again, nothing will do, I get the same message over and over again.

Camera Raw works fine with all my others raw files taken yesterday or the day before or a week or a month ago.

Can somebody help me?

If you can open older RAW images in ACR then it does sound like a camera issue.

Are you sure you are still shooting in RAW?

Have you changed any camera settings related to image type or quality, possibly by accident?

Can you see your images on the camera LCD?

Try reformatting your card or try a different one.
