Camera raw black screen

Hello!

I'm trying to use camera raw to edit my photos but whenever I try to open the who menu is blacked out. My Adobe cloud says the Camera raw is up to date to 13.2 but when the program opens up (either through Bridge or Photoshop), it does say 11.4.1 at the top. I think this might be the issue so I tried manually installing, which only allowed me to do 13.1 so I did that, but still opens up as 11.4.1 with blacked out screen. How can I solve this issue?
