Camera Raw denoise algorithm doesn't work well with the Lumix S5ii 96MP mode

The S5ii has a high resolution mode where it takes 4 x 24MP photos and joins them together into a single 1,200 x 800px 96MP image. This seems to confuse the tailored denoise algorithm and the result is very messy.
I'm assuming it identifies the camera model via the metedata, but it would be great if it looked at the photo dimension and had a custom noise reduction for this image type.
