Camera Raw Doesn't Work in Photoshop v26.0

I have a serious issue with the camera raw...

it doesn't work in Photoshop 2025

I installed the latest version of Camera Raw V 17

I removed my Photoshop and then installed

I checked preferences and reset all of the options to default

however, it doesn't work at all

"Doesn't work" is too vague.

Doesn't open, opens but doesn't function in some way? Details needed.

Also give full details of your Operating System, Bridge, Camera Raw and Photoshop versions.
