Students and educators with temporary at-home access to the Creative Cloud desktop apps are unable to use Camera Raw. Users receive the following error message, even with Adobe Bridge, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic installed:

Camera Raw editing is not enabled.

Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed.

Adobe released v10.0.4 yesterday, and Camera Raw from Bridge is working after updating to the latest version.

so I resolved this issue when I was using my enterprise work account by

logging out of my work account,
logging into my personal account,
using bridge and editing in camera raw
logging out of my personal account
logging back into my work account

I have no idea how it fixed the issue but for me, i'm now able to edit in camera raw in via my work account

In the Preferences for Bridge, is this option checked?

Is Adobe Photoshop actually installed? Photoshop needs to be because Camera Raw is not needed for Lightroom, and Bridge by itself is not a qualifying product for Camera Raw. Photoshop is required in order to use it.

Photoshop is installed—Camera Raw will open from Photoshop but not Bridge.
