Camera Raw edits are not syncing to my files

I will edit a photo in camera raw and then hit "done." The image will then appear edited in Bridge with the icon on the top right of the thumbnail. But the issue is when I go back to my regular files application on my PC and navigate to where the photo is, there appear to be no edits to it despite my computer saying that the picture is fully synced. I have tried copying them in bridge but it won't work, I have tried doing an export into a new folder but the photos still did not show the edit in folders. Any help?

You view the edited images how? The thumbnail isn't going to show you the edits. They are instruction based and only show with Adobe app's or until you open from Adobe Camera Raw and render and save a new document with the edits burned into the pixels.
