Camera Raw Eror Code 24

Recently bought new Canon Camera. I own Element 2023, version 21 for Mac. Receive error code 24 when try to download Camera Raw.

What is the model of Canon camera?

 

 

If you go to Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 Editor>About Plugin is Camera Raw listed and if so when you click on Camera Raw what Version does it say?

 

In Photoshop Elements 2023 you get that error code 24 when going to Help>Install Camera Raw?

    Mac: Sonoma 14.2.1

    Camera: Canon R50, CR3

    Adobe Photoshop Camera Raw: 14.4.0.1121

     

    Husband figured out Error 24. That's solved. I didn't know I was the administrative... Blush.

     

    Neither of us has figured out how to either open the Camera Raw that I have or how to download a new version. We are unable to see where Adobe is installing it because it is greyed out. When I open Applications and then Adobe Photoshop Elements Add-on Utilities 2023 (948 bytes) there is nothing listed under that except Uninstall (which I have been tempted to do!).

     

    I had no problem opening CR2 from older Canon.
