CAMERA Raw Filter 12.2.1 öffnet sich nicht mehr - Windows

Seit ein paar Tagen erscheint der Text: Der Vorgang konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, wenn ich den Camera Raw Filter im PS öffnen will.

Was kann das Problem sein. Es ist alles aktuell laut Pc. Was kann ich noch tun?
