Camera raw filter does not appear in filter tab in PS (only for second User on my Macbook Pro M1)

Hi Everyone.
I have a problem / bug on my new Macbook Pro.
Camera raw filter does not appear in filter tab in PS (only for second User). It is listed in CC apps.
Everything is updated in CC. I tried to reinstall PS and install Camera raw manually - nothing worked.
Any ideas? Thanks.

You are trying to edit a raw in Camera Raw?

Or you're trying to use Camera Raw as a Filter (Shift>Alt>A) on a non-raw, opened image?

Both. PS does not recognize RAW files (unsupported file format) and CR does not appear in Filter tab as well.

Sounds like you need to go back to the CC App and install/reinstall Camera RAW.
