Question

Camera Raw for Elements 15

I have a Mini (late 2014) w/ 64bit processor and running OS 10.14 Mojave. I'm thinking of installing Elements 15 (which I'm told is compatible with the above.) My Leica camera outputs DNG files which I need to convert to PSD or JPEG for manipulation in Elements 15. Is there an available version of Camera Raw that's compatible with all the above?

Photoshop elements 15 does indeed open both the M(240) and SL (701) dng files.

This is on a 2009 Mac Mini with Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

File>Save As and select either Photoshop or JPEG under Format.

sample Leica dng files from here:

What model is Leica camera?

Photoshop elements 15 includes camera raw in the install, so most likely Photoshop Elements 15

will open the DNG files into the Editor, then after you do your edits go to File>Save As and select

either JPEG or PSD.

The Leica is an M(240). I also have an SL (701) but will probably sell
it. Too heavy. Thanks for the (presumed) assurance re: DNGs on E 15.
