i have here and at school and imac but i also work at school with my older macbook (2009) with OS 10.10.5; as bridge I have version 7.0.0.93; the photoshop version is 2017.1.5; when I recently try to open a raw file from bridge (cmd+r) nothing happens; when i double click on the file in bridge photoshop opens and i get the message that it cannot open this kind of file; Adobe's apps no longer have camera raw either; who can help me and knows a link to a camera raw that works on my macbook; I have already been in contact with adobe support where after taking over the computer and an attempt to put camera raw on it without further explanation they just closed the session!

Camera Raw is not available for iOS. It's only for macOS and Windows.

OS X 10.10 is an operating system that has been unsupported for quite some time and is a risk to use.
The same goes for Photoshop CC 2017, support for which ended a long time ago.
If you want to get support, including Camera Raw, you should go with macOS 11 or higher and also use the current version of Photoshop 2022.
(macOS 10.15 is also no longer supported by Apple)

Try here for Legacy ACR-

But, the question remains- Will ACR v11.4 support your Camera raw file?

(11.4 is the highest you can go with Ps CC 2017.)

ACR version(s) are matted with specific Photoshop versions. There is no mix and match. Do you not have an installed version of ACR with that version of Photoshop?

You can stick with an older version of ACR AND Photoshop, but with newer camera(s) support, you must convert to DNG first. Or you can upgrade Photoshop and thus, ACR.

You will not be able to upgrade Adobe Camera Raw without an upgrade to a later version of Photoshop.

You will not have the option to convert your raw image files to the DNG raw format either, as the current DNG Convertor requires Mac OS 10.15 or later.

DNG CONVERTER

Even older versions of the Converter may not support your Camera Model raw file-type.

DNG ARCHIVES- Requires FTP access!
