Camera Raw help - Easy scrolling through presets?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to easily scroll through the camera raw pre-sets? An alternative to hovering the mouse over each pre-set? Like select the top then arrow down would be ideal so that I dont have to keep looking away from the image to check my mouse is in the correct position. I keep finding myself wanting to do this but cant figure it out. Many thanks
