Camera Raw no longer opens

Since a few days the Camera Raw (15.1.1.1329) window does not open anymore. Neither via Photoshop (24.1), nor Bridge (13.0.2), nor Lightroom Classic. The loading circle appears briefly, then nothing happens and the application can only be closed via the Task Manager.

I have tried everything. Removed all programs and reinstalled. Installed a new video card driver. Changed preferences. Unfortunately nothing helps.

I'm working on Windows 10 pro

Dell XPS 15 9500

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti

Try resetting your ACR preferences, better?
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (MacOS) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"
