Camera raw not fully opening

I have the most up to date software for camera raw and I'm using MacOS Monterey thats also up to date. When i go from bridge to edit in Camera Raw it doesn't fully open the software eveything is blacked out

Your screen clip shows CR v11.4.1

The current version is 14.0.1

I do not think you have the "most up to date"..!

Have you upgraded Bridge as well as Photoshop?

Yup, so my failure was I was going off of what my creative cloud was saying. So while the cloud said it was it in fact was not and thankfully Adobe support was able to help it required uninstalling the software and re-installing it. It's been a wild time repairing/ updating my work laptop between updating the OS and removing all apps just to re-install all of them.
