Camera Raw not taking over camera settings

Hello,

when I start editing Raws in Camera Raw, I want to set a default whitebalance. So i choose my desired WB and set it as a Raw-Default, choose "Camera Setting" and "override master setting for specific cameras" (since I only use the same Canon RP for everything) and then click on "create default".

But the White Balance wont apply for any new Raw i open.

Also for some reason I am not able to delete any Raw-Default Profile in the list.

What am I doing wrong?
