That takes a lot if I take a 1000 pictures at an event. Lots of time

Your other choice is to upgrade to the newest photoshop elements 2023 version that can open the Nikon D30 nefs without use of the dng converter.

What version of windows are you using?

What camera do you have that you need to have a camera raw newer than 10.xx?

I believe camera raw 10.5 is the newest camera raw that works with pse 2018.

If you have Windows 10 or 11 you can use the free Adobe DNG Converter to convert your Nikon Z30 nefs to dng copies which should then open in pse 2018.

You should post this in the Elements forum. Adobe Camera Raw for Elements isn't the same as Adobe Camera Raw for Photoshop (this forum), and the versions and features differ, plus, you are not be able to install a Photoshop-specific version in Elements.
