Camera Raw Preference- New AI and Settings feature does not get activated

My photoprocessing workflow is

Adobe Bridge-Camera Raw- Adobe Photoshop- Topaz Photo AI (if required)

In camera Raw even though I have activated the New AI features and Settings in the Camera Raw preferences it does not activate it and I cannot use the new features.

Is there a bug or do I have to do something else to activate it. I am using a MAC pro with the laest OS

To be exact. When I rightclick the photo in camera ,the drop down menu does not have enhance. However in the edit menu the denoise, raw and super resolution are available

All of the enhancement tools moved to the Detail Panel some time ago. You will not see them elsewhere now.

Adobe then must correct their instructions. In camera raw when we go to
preferences-technology after activating the AI enhancement there is a link
for know more. In the know more it says , to go to the enhance features
right click on the photo and from the drop down panel click on enhance and
then go further. That seems to be incorrect now
