Camera raw - problem with the mask

Hi, I'm having troubles with the mask in Camera Raw, and just with the mask, all the other features are ok.

When I aplly the mask in a photo it works well, but when I click in any other button (still in Camera Raw) the mask goes away... then I need to click the mask button to see the icon of the mask and click in the icon to reactivate the mask (when the icon stays with a blue line around it), but if try to exit the mask window, even stayng in Camera Raw or try to export the image (clicking the OK button) to open it in Photoshop, the mask disappears.

The Camera Raw version in my computer is the last one (14.4.1.) and I don't have the option to uninstall it, I uninstalled the Photoshop and installed again, but it was a waste of time...the problem remains.

Am I doing something wrong ? Is there an especific command to fix the mask in the image ?

If anyone knows how to solve my problem, please help me.
