Camera Raw randomly losing saved Edit information after clicking Done

This very annoying. I've have been working on hundreds of images going through each one editing in Camera Raw, exposure, highlights, shadows etc

then clicking DONE my setting show on the image, but when I go back into the folder some of the images have lost my chosen settings, they have reverted

back to as shot...

I'm using Bridge 12.0.3 camera raw up to date & current Photoshop

OSX 11.6.8 the most up to date version for my mac.

Can anybody help me please.

Forget what you see in the folder. Open the document again in ACR: do you see those edits?

Thanks for the response, I open the image through Bridge in Photoshop and the image has lost it's "saved" edits information. Is that the way you would open the image?

Please let us know IF, after you reopen the edited images in ACR, you see the edits or not.
