camera raw se lance zoomé à la place de photoshop

bonjour

quand je lance photoshop soit par CC, soit par bridge ou même en direct, une fois la photo à retoucher choisie c'est camera raw qui se lance mais inutilisable car complètement hors taille, je suis obligée de forcer la fermeture... comment faire?

this does not explain why I always get camera raw (and camera raw like this) when I want photoshop or lightroom

ça n'explique pas pourquoi j'ai toujours camera raw (et camera raw de cette façon là) quand je veux ouvrir photoshop ou lightroom
