Camera raw slow while loading preset

I have intel i9 13th generation with nvidia RTX 3060 12Gb OC

With 64GB DDR 5 ram but getting slow during working time and preset applying time. 

lightroom their is no lag also with preview of preset

please update the bug in camera raw now using camera raw 16.5
