Camera raw use on a screen in portrait orientation

Hi

I have just got a second screen assuming that I can have it in portrait so that I can see a bigger on screen image for editing portrait photos(Adobe Camera Raw). The problem I have run into is that the tool panels  dont seem to be moveable or float. Also I dont seem to be able to get the panel any slimmer. This is  limiting the size I can get an image on screen and is extremely frustrating. Is there any way to move these items to free up the width of the screen.
