Camera Raw window larger then computer screen therefor software unusable

I've installed photoshop and camera raw on a new computer. Since then I'm encountering an issue with camera raw. The window that opens when I open a raw file to edit is way to large for my screen. It's to wide and to tall. I can't seem to find a way to fit it to my screen. As multiple functions are out of sight I can't use the software properly.
