Camera Raw window size, take 2

Beginning with Camera Raw 18.3.1 the window keeps shrinking every time Camera Raw is launched from Photoshop.

I’m using Windows 10 on two different computers.

Prior behavior kept the same window size upon every launch of the software.

I previously submitted my personal information to an Adobe employee here, but they ghosted me.
