CameraRaw on SmartObject, Radial Filter - Error and Crash

- Problem shows up with Photoshop CC2019 and CC2020 (current versions)
- It's not the size of the pictures.
- Current driver for Nvidia P2000 installed.
- Use graphics processor in Photoshop / Services, deactivated, no change.
- Use graphics processor in CameraRaw settings, deactivated, no change.
- Photoshop basic settings reset.
- Error with picture in 16bit or 8bit mode

Can somebody help me with it?
