CameraRaw wasting harddrive space because it's there more than 3 times?

Why do I need to have a 1,6 GB CameraRAW folder in

Programdata\Adobe\CameraRAW and

Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic\Resources

Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom CC\Resources

More are in is in:

Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRAW

Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adobe\CameraRAW

Just use one copy for both Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom CC. This is a bad design. Those 3 Programs take up 19GB without any cached photos.
