can't create multiple masks

Recently I updated Camera Raw to the new 16.2.1 version. Since that moment I can add one single mask, but after the first mask, I can't add any other or change the mask once I finished it. 

The buttons on the screen simply doesn't work anymore afther the first mask. I still can use the keyboard combiations to add a linear gradient, radial gradient of the bursh. But can't click any other.. even the 'add+ / subtract-' doesn't do anything:(

Anyone got some suggestions??
