can't start dng converter

Question

hi i'have tried to install different version of dng converter, but after installation i always have the same error message and program does not start at all.

Message is : loadlibrary failed wih error 1114 : une routine d'initialisation d'une bibliotheque de liens dynamiques (DLL) a échoué

(sorry end is in french)

if anyone can help me it would be really nice

Most of the problems related to that error number seem to be associated with the graphics processor. But that doesn't seem to be relevant with the DNG converter. I would suggest trying to install the newer version again and see if that resolves the issue. Otherwise, I have no suggestions.
