I would like to arrange the CameraRAW film strip by time.

Is it possible?

The filmstrip in ACR can use the sort order from Bridge when using CMD/CTRL R – so sort the files as needed in Bridge then open into ACR. Bridge has a sort on date created that also includes time, but not a separate time sort. The filmstrip will also honour a custom sort from Bridge, so you can also manually create the sort you require. Good luck!
