I have exactly the same problems. Also graduated filter doesn't work correctly. I can't move it correctly this filter when I placed it on the photo. Radial filter can't be moved and I can't make the circle greater. It's terrible this update.

I have the same issue.  Wacom tablet is totally non-responsive.  Mouse cannot move sliders, but can click along the slider to make the button move along the slide.  Very frustrating.  I was only in the colour balance area while this happened.  Microsoft Windows 10 v22 photoshop

Have now uninstalled the photoshop including prerences.

Reinstalled photoshop with camera raw.

Still the sliders do not move the slider bars with the mouse.

Can anyone help

I have the exact same problem. But only on my Microsoft Surface Pro (2017). I can't move the sliders neither with the touchpad of my Type Cover, nor with the Surface ArcMouse nor the Surface Pen. I can only tap on a position on the slider bar, to get the slider to that position. That's really annoying unfortunately!

On my PC otherwise, everything works flawlessly with my Logitech G900 mouse and my Wacom Intuos Pro M tablet.

Both systems run Windows 10 Pro in the latest version.

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening. Are you using a tablet or a mouse?

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings

Regards,
