cannot open orf files

ORF files will not open in lightroom classic raw or photoshop. this has just started any ideas

Have they opened previously? What camera model? What versions of Lightroom Classic and Camera Raw in Photoshop? What operating system? Since this "just started", what has changed in your workflow or in your computer system that may have caused this? Providing some details will really help.
