I got a new Canon 7D Mkii at the weekend and as my Photoshop CS5 couldn't handle the RAW files I bought Photoshop CS6, but still it would not recognise the RAW files; I downloaded the latest Adobe RAW update and still no joy, CS6 cannot open my RAW files. I can download the files from the card to my laptop and It sees the jpeg files, but not the RAW ones - any suggestions?

The Canon 7D Mark II is supported by Camera Raw 8.7 or later.

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

CS6 is compatible with Camera Raw up to version 9.1.1 (not later versions).

So update your CS6 to Camera Raw 9.1.1.

If the built in update checker does not work for you, install 9.1.1 manually
