Canon R6 CR3 file seems very coarse when zoomed in

I just bought a Canon R6 and I shoot RAW and JPEG at the same time, when I open both using Lr (v5.1) or Ps (v.23.1.1) with Camera RAW plug-in (v.14.1), the RAW image appears very coarse when zoomed in comparing to the JPEG image. Please refer to the following screen capture images:

I am using MacBook Air (M1 2020) and MacOS 12.0.1, please help. Thanks!

You really can't and shouldn't compare a JPEG rendered using proprietary camera processing to a raw processed in ACR with some fixed or default rendering that you didn't first configure ideally based on your rendering desire.

Further, by shooting raw+JPEG, your raw isnt' ideally exposed and you're adding more noise by doing so.
