CR3 Files in Bridge open in After Effects, Need Photoshop but not an option

I do have the RAW update that lets me use CR3 files.  I can open them into Photoshop from Windows Explorer or from Open File inside Photoshop.  But when I browse in Bridge, it will automatically place into After Effects.  I can get it to place into Photoshop, but not automatically.   CR3 doesn't show up in the options of file types in Preferences> Associate File Types.

I found work-arounds.  But they're kind of a pain.  It's probably in front of my face.  But how can I get this to work how I need it to?
