Creative Raw greyed out after LC v12 upgrade

On a MacBook Air, M1 chip, MacOS Ventura 13.0

Upgraded to Lightroom Classic v12.  Creative Cloud lists Photoshop, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and Camera Raw as "Up to date".

Photoshop, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic have operational "Open" buttons.

Camera Raw, however, is greyed out, and there is no "open" button.

Any help with this, please?  Thanks, C.

Camera Raw is a plugin, and can only be launched from Bridge and Photoshop.

It cannot be opened on its own, so there is no Open button.

Thank you.  I didn't recall it had been greyed out before the upgrade.  I haven't delved into Photoshop yet as I'm still trying to master LC.  Appreciate your prompt response.  Have a good day.  C.

Open Creative Cloud, then click on Apps tab, All Apps.  This shows the programs that you have installed, followed by apps available, the apps to try.
