Disable Sharpening/Noise Reduction

Is there a way in ACR (up to date cc version) to stop the default from adding sharpening/noise reduction and to use profile correction/remove chromatic aberration? I want this for all cameras and at present I'm wasting time having to manually reset these for every RAW file but they don't 'stick' the way they did.
