DNG converter 13.2 download for Windows is broken

Just tried to download the new DNG converter from the links provided and this is the error I get. Tried different browsers. No joy.

Thoughts??

The Mac version is also unobtainable from the provided links. I see if I can get the links fixed.

Never mind. I see now I can get it through the Creative cloud app.. I'm used to downloading it separately from the adobe site.
Nothing to see here.
