DNG converter 2.2 not saving settings

Did you mean DNG converter 12.2?

The DNG converter converts Prorpietary RAW images to DNG files. If you had edited some of them prior to this conversion those Edits are stored in either the LR catalog or a Camera RAW database file and Not in the RAW file. So the converter doesn't know about the edits you made.

Possibly IF You also Wrote the edits to a Sidecar XMP file the converter might see that and included the edits in the DNG file format. But the edits still would not be Hard Written into the DNG file. They would be an Add On to the original data.
